These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the orcasmaintenance.com website and the services provided by Orcas Snow Removal Inc. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
Orcas Snow Removal provides commercial snow removal, salting, de-icing, and year-round property maintenance services in the Greater Vancouver area. Service details, scope, and pricing are determined through individual service agreements with each client.
Service Agreements
All services are subject to a written service agreement between Orcas Snow Removal and the client. These Terms and Conditions supplement but do not replace the terms of any individual service agreement.
Weather-Dependent Services
Snow removal and de-icing services are weather-dependent. While we guarantee a response during snow events, the timing and extent of service depend on weather conditions, accumulation levels, and service priority as outlined in your service agreement.
Liability
Orcas Snow Removal maintains $5 million in commercial general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in your service agreement. We are not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, acts of nature, or third-party interference.
